Bainisteoir Beag, Prototype Development – Call for Tenders
- The Bainisteoir Beag playground leader’s programme was designed and developed by Kilkenny Recreation and Sports Partnership (KRSP) staff and tutors with expertise in physical literacy and sport, to develop a primary school programme and accompanying resources.
- The programme was successfully piloted to schools in the Kilkenny area. An evaluation process was conducted in the schools with teachers and pupils who experienced the programme.
- The Bainisteoir Beag programme is funded by Innovation in Sport Programme and an extensive customer discovery process has taken place with end users (primary school pupils in Ireland).
- Following this we wish to investigate the possible transfer of the programme to digital platform for ease of dissemination to Primary Schools throughout Ireland
- We wish to work with an animation and / or tech company to develop proof of concept for this with a view to a follow on full development of the project resources.
Closing date for receipt of tender applications is 12 noon on Monday, December 22nd.
