Kilkenny Recreation & Sports Partnership will deliver a Pilates / gentle exercise programme specifically for older adults and people with additional needs who are living in the Callan area. We invite everybody to participate. The programme will run from April 8th to May 27th – 7 weeks total – (no class on May 6th)
Come along, enjoy the company and the Pilates and feel good afterwards. Please note that all participants MUST BE REGISTERED BEFOREHAND.
