Kilkenny Recreation & Sports Partnership delivers walking programmes. Our Monday night walking group is a fantastic chance of taking a well-deserved break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. An evening walk boosts your energy levels and self-esteem, makes you feel good and also helps you sleep, look and feel better. Programmes start in September and January.
