The Couch to 3km programme aims to help participants build up to a 3km jog by providing weekly sessions that include walking and jogging certain distances for a certain amount of time.
This programme is suitable for beginners and people who want to try out jogging/running. This programme is usually run in six-week blocks. The online version of this programme uses WhatsApp as a means of communicating and motivating participants and there is also a weekly Zoom meeting with the KRSP tutor.
