Ladies Let’s Move is a fitness programme for women of all ages and abilities. It consists of circuit style sessions that aim to improve cardiovascular health and all over strength. The programme is run in six-week blocks, with one session per week. KRSP have already ran several online and in person programmes in Johnstown, Urlingford.
